We began our session with an Akashic Reading which led us to some Healing Magic with Crystals and Sound Bath.  She intuitively arranged the crystals around and on me to correspond with my chakras that required healing.

As Terra went from chimes, crystal bowls to a variety gongs and drums I could literally feel the stuck energy leaving my body, as I have struggling stuck energy, letting things go for quite a while.  There was the SHIFT I needed, there was the shift I was longing for,  I could feel this through the core and heart space as tears flowed down the side of my face, she helped me heal this hurt I've been carrying for lifetimes, helping me cope with it.  I wish I had words to articulate how I was feeling and the contrast to how I am feeling now.
