The purpose of this Agreement is to solidify your intentions for this journey you will be taking. I truly want you to be purposeful and intentional when making this decision. I am honoring this commitment you are making to yourself.

Curriculum Description

Path of the Heart Training 

• 8 Live Calls 1 x a month. First Integration Call 02/25/25
• New pre-recorded lessons are released weekly on Sundays 4 x a month. 28 lessons. + 4 additional integrative teaching videos (32 total)

Tuition 

You have selected 1 Payments and are agreeing that you are financially willing and able to invest.

1 payment of $1111.00 USD

Payment Authorization and Receipt

If paying by Stripe, debit card, or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit card or debit card as payment for your Training & Mentorship without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt.

Missed Payment

If payment is not received by the date due or there is a problem with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by e-mail and then have a 3 day grace period to make the payment following the due date, otherwise, your Training & Mentorship and access to materials will be put on hold. Please reach out via e-mail to discuss if there needs to be an extension.

Refund Policy

As mentioned I truly want you to be intentional and purposeful. I am honoring this commitment you are making to yourself. If for some reason you do not feel ready to embark on the journey into the Path of the Heart within the first week from the exact date and time of our first session  together, send us an email and we will refund your tuition.  After the first week time period has passed, no refunds are offered, and you are fully responsible for your entire payment plan.  

Confidentiality

Both the Mentor and the Student mutually agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any information learned by either party during the term of this Agreement (“Confidential Information”).  Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party who has a bona fide right to make such information available without restriction.  Both parties shall keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential by using a reasonable degree of care, but not less than the degree of care used to safeguard its own confidential information.  Both parties agree that the confidentiality of any and all Confidential Information shall survive the termination, revocation, or expiration of this Agreement. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, is the property of the Company or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Website or any of the resources available for download from the Website. 

The Company name, the Company logo, the Company slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Personal Responsibility, Assumption of Risk & Release of Claims

Assumption of Risk

The Student accepts and agrees that the Student is 100% responsible for their progress and results from this Training & Mentorship. The Mentor will help and guide the Student through the process; however, participation by the Student is vital to the Training & Mentorship success and the Student agrees to be engaged.  The Student understands that because of the nature of the Training, the results may significantly vary based on a wide variety of reasons having nothing to do with the Mentor or the program. 

Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Release of Claims 

Care has been used in preparing the Training for you, and you agree that Heart 2 Heart Journey Inc. will not be held responsible in any way for the information that you request or receive through the Program, You agree that you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release the Mentor from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or claim to have in the future that may arise from your participation in the Program to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Other Important Terms

Notice

All correspondence or notice required regarding the Program shall be made to each respective party at the e-mail address provided below in the signature block. Should your e-mail address, billing information, or contact information change at any time, it is your responsibility to provide your updated information to me within 3 days of any change.

Entire Agreement, Assignment, Survivability and Waiver

This Agreement contains our entire agreement. This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time as long as the amendment is in writing and signed by both of us. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else, and the obligations under this Agreement shall survive indefinitely unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.  If I choose to waive or not enforce one or more terms of this Agreement, it does not in any way limit my right to later enforce every part of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the County of Canada in the Province of Alberta where my business is located.

By indicating that you agree, we both acknowledge that we have read, understand, agree to and accept all of the terms in this Agreement. You agree that you have had the opportunity to ask me any questions prior to signing, and your acknowledgment indicates that you agree with all of the terms of this Agreement.
