About this event:

These sound baths will offer you the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and go inward to recharge, reflect and relax. Allow yourself to be taken on an inner journey using sound with planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, alchemy bowls and other sacred sound healing tools.

Crystal singing bowls can amplify, transform and direct energy, and are a powerful tool to create changes, harmony and balance in one’s life.

Gongs are used to promote balance- mind/body/spirit, stimulate growth and provide deep cleansing to come into clearer alignment with current realities.

During each sound bath, you will have the opportunity to experience one-on-one energetic activations, connect with plant medicine through the use of essential oils that have been carefully selected through channeled spiritual communication, and be guided in meditation.

Please bring:

A yoga mat, blankets and anything else that will make you comfortable. You will be lying down.

A water bottle.

A journal. You may wish to write down your experiences.
